Terms of use

These terms are the agreement between you and the organisation that operates this website. They apply when you browse, follow our links, or rely on comparison copy. If you do not accept them, please stop using the site.

Payment Casino Canada is the working name for a Canada-facing information and comparison site on regulated operator payouts, payment methods, and withdrawal notes for adults interested in Ontario iGO-regulated brands. We are not a casino, bookmaker, or payment processor. Your relationship with any listed operator is separate from these terms.

About these terms

Last updated: November 2026

This page sets out acceptable use, affiliate boundaries, accuracy limits, and where our responsibility stops when you read our copy or follow outbound links.

Using the site on or after the date above means you accept these terms. We may revise them; the last updated date will change when we do. Continued use counts as acceptance unless applicable Canadian law requires more.

These terms cover this website only — not gambling with us. Accounts, deposits, and play happen on licensed operator sites.

Who we are

The organisation that operates this website contracts with you as a visitor under these terms. We publish comparison and educational copy on payout signals and payment paths for Ontario-regulated brands; live cashier screens always override our summaries.

The data controller for personal data is named in our privacy policy at /privacy/. Cookies, analytics, and contact messages are explained there, not on this page. We do not collect player KYC documents for gambling — that happens only on operator sites.

For questions about these terms, use the contact details published on the live site.

Using this website

You may use the site for lawful personal research. The table is a shorthand; unlisted uses default to personal, lawful browsing only.

You must be 19 or older. Our Ontario-focused comparisons assume adults who are 19+ and physically in Ontario when using outbound brands we link to. The site is not directed at minors. Elsewhere in Canada, gambling rules differ by province or territory — confirm lawful play where you live.

Our copy is general information, not financial, legal, or gambling advice. Figures and headlines go stale quickly — re-check each operator before you deposit. You can compare Ontario casino payouts on the home page when you want the current table. Gamble only what you can afford to lose.

No gambling services

This website does not provide gambling services.

We do not accept bets, hold player funds, issue licences, or settle wagers. We do not process gambling deposits or withdrawals here — including Interac e-Transfer, cards, or other rails. Despite the site name, we are not a payment processor for play; operators and their payment partners run cashiers.

Account, bonus, and verification issues belong to the operator’s support. Site questions go to the contact details published on the live site.

Affiliate links and third-party sites

We may earn commission if you register or deposit later. That does not make us the operator.

Third-party sites set their own terms, privacy notices, promotions, and KYC rules. Read operator terms before you register or deposit. We do not control operator cashiers, payout timing, or identity review. Leaving our site is at your own risk.

The same outbound-licence commitment appears in our site-wide footer and is repeated here:

This is an information and comparison site, not a gambling operator. Outbound links from this website go only to online gambling operators licensed for the region we target (for Ontario: iGaming Ontario-contracted operators for players who are 19 or older and physically located in Ontario). We do not link to unlicensed gambling sites for that region. Commission may apply (Terms).

That footer wording applies on every page of this website, not only here.

Accuracy of information

Comparison rows, payout notes, payment summaries, and welcome headlines are informational and may be out of date. Operators change offers and cashier rules without notice.

Before you deposit or withdraw, verify amounts, eligibility, and withdrawal paths on the operator’s site and in your signed-in Ontario cashier. If our summary and the operator disagree, trust the operator.

We review public operator help on a schedule, but offers and cashier menus can change overnight. Report errors via the contact details published on the live site. We cannot access player accounts or ID uploads and do not guarantee uninterrupted access. For payout and Interac education, see the FAQ on payouts and Interac; these terms govern site use only.

Intellectual property

Site content, branding, layout, and original text are owned by or licensed to the site operator. You may view pages for personal, non-commercial use only.

You may not copy, scrape, republish, or commercially reuse substantial parts without permission. That aligns with the prohibitions in Using this website. Casino brand names belong to their owners; we do not claim operator affiliation beyond disclosed affiliate links.

Limitation of liability

You choose whether and where to gamble. We are not responsible for operator losses, chargebacks, or disputes except as Canadian law requires.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we limit liability for indirect loss, lost profit, downtime, or gambling losses linked to our content or outbound links. Nothing limits liability for death or personal injury from our negligence, fraud, or non-waivable consumer rights. This section is not legal advice.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when practices or law change. Revised text will appear here with a new last updated date in About these terms.

Where practicable, material changes are noticed by updating this page. Continued use after the new date counts as acceptance unless Ontario or federal law requires more. Questions: contact details published on the live site.

Governing law and contact

These terms and disputes about them or your use of this website are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Courts in Ontario have exclusive jurisdiction, save for any mandatory consumer right to sue in your home jurisdiction.

Personal data: see our privacy policy at /privacy/ for the controller and how we process information. For the comparison table, return to the home page.

19+ only — information and comparison site, not a gambling operator. Ontario residents seeking confidential gambling support can use ConnexOntario; details are in the site footer.
